About Compounded Medications
Our medications are compounded medications. They are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing review.
Compounded medications are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies to meet individual patient needs. While they contain the same active ingredients as commercially available medications, they are formulated specifically for each patient based on a licensed physician's prescription.
General Warnings
- •All medications require a prescription from a licensed physician who will review your health history and determine if treatment is appropriate.
- •Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredients. Stop use and seek medical attention if you experience an allergic reaction.
- •Tell your healthcare provider about all medications you take, including prescription, over-the-counter, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
- •Individual results may vary. These medications are most effective when combined with healthy lifestyle habits.
Styrke (ED) Medications
Sildenafil and Tadalafil are PDE5 inhibitors used to treat erectile dysfunction.
Do not use if you:
- • Take nitrates for chest pain or heart problems
- • Take riociguat (Adempas) for pulmonary hypertension
- • Have had a heart attack, stroke, or life-threatening arrhythmia in the last 6 months
- • Have uncontrolled high or low blood pressure
Common side effects may include:
- • Headache, flushing, upset stomach
- • Nasal congestion, back pain, muscle aches
- • Vision changes (blurred vision, changes in color vision)
Seek immediate medical help if you experience an erection lasting more than 4 hours, sudden vision loss, or sudden hearing loss.
Léttleiki (Weight Loss) Medications
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are GLP-1 receptor agonists used for weight management.
Do not use if you:
- • Have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC)
- • Have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)
- • Are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
- • Have a history of pancreatitis
Common side effects may include:
- • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation
- • Abdominal pain, decreased appetite
- • Fatigue, dizziness, headache
- • Injection site reactions
Seek immediate medical help if you experience severe abdominal pain, symptoms of pancreatitis, or severe allergic reactions.
